Onze stalen gesmede tandwielassen zijn gemaakt voor versnellingsbakken. En onze tandwielassen zijn hoofdzakelijk gemaakt van 18CrNiMo7-6.
Wij kunnen tandwielassen met een grote diameter produceren. De buitendiameter varieert van 120 mm tot 1200 mm.
De tandwielassen kunnen worden vervaardigd volgens de tekeningen van de klant. Onze technologen kunnen de tekeningen ook voor klanten ontwerpen.
Kwaliteit staat bij ons voorop. Ons nationale laboratorium van niveau II kan de kwaliteit controleren (inspectie van de chemische samenstelling, inspectie van de mechanische eigenschappen, inspectie van de hardheid).
Product Introduction
HHF provides our steel forged pinion gear shafts as one of the key components on top of your gearboxes for an industrial use, they are able to transmit power smoothly within an unreliable setting. Such highly critical items are manufactured essentially starting from the premium quality alloy steel grade of 18CrNiMo7-6 for which the high hardness ability, great strength in the core, and great abrasion resistance together with fatigue resistant capabilities are highly appreciated and necessary when gear systems are under the very heavy operational loads.
In the manufacturing field of our plant, we have the ability to produce large-diameter gear shafts the outer diameter (OD) of which can range from 120mm to 1200mm. This means we cater to an extensive range of heavy equipment, wind turbines, marine propulsion systems, as well. Each gear shaft we produce is made according to the customer's engineering drawings. It is the customer's own drawings that are taken to produce a gear shaft and not the other way round.
Owing to the fact that a customer is not satisfied with our ability to provide design and engineering services if they cannot get a gear shaft design to suit them and they do want to make changes themselves to drawings they have obtained from us or other sources to reflect their own mechanical specifications and operating conditions, we have the capability ourselves to design and produce custom gear shaft drawings for our customers. This will not only allow customer to get gear shaft of exact their requirements and specifications. But it will also help the customers a lot in terms of time and money when they have to work out for the production of the drawings.

Naturally, it can be seen that this approach will not only make it hard for us to be outcompeted, but will also allow us to be at the forefront of the industry when it comes to quality. The fact, therefore, that we also have a dedicated testing lab at our plant which allows us to carryout a complete and accurate quality control program right from the very start to the end is yet another proof how we place the quality and the reliability of our manufacturing process above everything else. Our lab carries-out various quality checks in the form of precise chemical composition analyses, thorough mechanical testing, and detailed hardness testing, to mention a few. The quality management system based in integration of all above-mentioned activities is what enables us to supply to our customers, forged pinion gear shafts of the highest performance, durability, and reliability standards consistently.

About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF) founded in 2006, the company has accumulated nearly 20 years of deep professional experience and technological expertise in the field of heavy-duty forging.
The factory is about 150 mu large, equivalent to 100,000 square meters. At the company's production base, there are 3 sets of the factory-style drop forging lines on a large scale (with the basic equipment being a 10,000 ton hydraulic press), 2 advanced mold forging production lines and some big CNC machining centers, heat treating lines, the laboratory of second class national system is quite well equipped too.
About 500 employees are engaged by the company at the moment out of which more than 50 are dedicated researchers who, with their high-level engineers and technical specialists are engaged in the development of new materials, methods and technologies.
In addition to being certified with the basic American API Q1 standard and licensing with the American standards on API 7-1 for both drill collars and stabilizers, the company also possesses an approval by the Chinese CSSC system as for as international certificates the company is certified with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001.
Long-term forging supply relationship of the company is with top-tier domestic and global enterprises in various sectors such as: power generation including wind, water and thermal power, mining machinery industry, ship-building and heavy plant. In fact, some leading Chinese companies such as CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES, First HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TAIYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRIES, Goldwind and Envision Energy have been among the customers of the Company's forgeries. Also, a number of the company's forging products were used by the major international manufacturers of mining equipment, which includes Joy Global, Japan Mining, Hitachi Mining, Komatsu and Caterpillar.

1. Port Delivery: We are able to ship goods to ports all over China, such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, Qingdao, and Guangzhou, to name a few but not limit here. The goods will be packed and made ready for transport in the port per the selected Incoterm.
2. Factory Loading: In order to make it easier for you and possibly cheaper, we can also pack and load the goods directly into the ship’s container from our factory. That choice will allow you to follow closely with the handling of goods from manufacturing to container loading, giving you the chance to have a say even in the smallest details of this process.

Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.
