About Us
Henan zhongyuan Heavy Forging Co.,Ltd(HHF), which started its operations in the year 2006, currently holds extensive expertise and rich technological know-how in the area of heavy-duty forging, being nearly 20 years in the business.
The factory covers roughly150mu of area, i.e., about100,000sq. meter. In the production base, there are three large-scale factory-style drop forging lines (the main equipment is the10,000 ton hydraulic press), two advanced mold forging lines as well as, some big CNC machining centers, heat treatment lines,
The laboratory is also a second class national system laboratory and is very well equipped.
At present, the company employs around500 people, with over 50 of them being researchers, working together with high-level engineers and technical specialists of the company in the research and development of new materials, methods and technologies.
Besides the basic American API Q1 standard certified and licensing with the American drill collars and stabilizers standards on API 7-1, the company is also able to deliver according to the Chinese CSSC system. For international certificates, the company is already certified on ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS 29001.
The company has long-term forgings supplier relations with top-level enterprises, both at home and abroad, operating in fields like electricity generation (including wind, water and power generation), mining machineries and equipment, ship-building, among other big plant and manufacturing sectors.
Some of the leading Chinese companies that the Company's forgeries are made for include CITIC HEAVY INDUSTRIES, First HEAVY INDUSTRIES, TAIYUAN HEAVY INDUSTRIES, Goldwind and Envision as well.
On the other hand, many forging products of the company were utilized as parts for major foreign manufacturers of mining Equipment. The manufacturers include the likes of Joy Global, Japan Mining, Hitachi Mining, Komatsu and Caterpillar.

1, Shipping by Port: We can deliver goods to the ports located all around China such as Shanghai, Ningbo, Tianjin, etc. We will load and pack the goods and also make them ready for shipping by the Incoterms of the trade that both parties have agreed to or by the selected method.
2, Loading from Factory: For your convenience or maybe cheaper shipping options, we can even directly prepare the goods for the shipment and load them into the container ourselves at the factory.
Such a choice will give you the opportunity of closely supervising the movement of goods from production to container loading by the factory workers through a visual process.
And, with a chance to interfere even at the slightest details of such a operation at hand, it will definitely make you feel more confident about the quality and quantity of your shipment.

Our pruction progress is from forging, rough machining ,Q+T to final machining.Itis usually 45days.

We typically ask for 30% down payments to launch production, 70% balance before delivering goods.
